The Unified Industrial Research and Development Foundation (UIRDF) (“UIRDF”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, applicants, members, institutional partners, donors, and website visitors.

UIRDF follows a transparent refund policy.
Scholarship Examination Fees
Scholarship examination registration fees are non-refundable, except where payment is successfully debited but registration could not be completed due to technical issues attributable to UIRDF.
Training Programme Fees
Refund requests for training programmes will be considered only if submitted before commencement of the programme.
Approved refunds may be subject to applicable administrative or processing charges.
No refund shall ordinarily be granted once:
- Training has commenced;
- Study materials have been accessed or delivered;
- Certification processes have started;
- Internship or project activities have commenced.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments due to technical errors will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions
If an amount is debited but the transaction fails, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway. Where necessary, users may contact UIRDF with transaction details for assistance.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Refunds shall be credited through the original mode of payment wherever feasible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Users may request cancellation of programme registrations before programme commencement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Cancellation approval is subject to programme-specific rules.
No cancellation shall ordinarily be accepted after:
- Programme commencement;
- Access to learning materials;
- Certification processing;
- Internship allocation;
- Project allocation.
UIRDF reserves the right to cancel any programme due to insufficient enrolment, regulatory requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Where UIRDF cancels a programme before commencement, eligible participants may receive an appropriate refund or an option to transfer the registration to another programme.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or services offered by UIRDF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India, where the registered office of UIRDF is situated.
Nothing contained herein shall prevent UIRDF from seeking appropriate legal remedies before any competent authority where required under applicable law.
